Always make sure your address and credit card information is up to date with your credit card institution before making a deposit. Our clearing house processor confirms the personal card holder information according to the credit card company’s records and not according to our customer data base. Therefore, if the credit card holder information is different from the customer’s profile our Account Management & Research department will take care of solving the mismatch by requesting the necessary documents to verify the correct credit card information and updating your betting account profile.

How to deposit over the phone using your credit card

You need to register your credit card in our system to make deposits over the phone: In an effort to offer transparency for every transaction, each time that you have a new credit card used to deposit over the phone, our eFax & Documents Department will request a photocopy of the back and front of your credit card and also a government issued ID photocopy prior to accepting your deposit.

If you fax your documents from North America use our toll free number
1-800-201-4919 and if you fax from outside North America use the number 00-1-208-567-3627. Once your documents have been faxed, please give us a call to confirm they were properly received.

Note: Please take into consideration these facts when making deposits over the phone:

These deposits are processed manually; therefore it may take from 25 minutes up to 45 minutes for your deposit to show up in your betting account.
There must be at least 30 minutes in between each transaction. Each transaction must be for a different amount ($25 difference as minimum).
The maximum number of deposits per card in a 24 hour period is 4.

How to increase your credit card deposit limit

Increase the deposit limits of your credit card up to $12,000.00 a month and up to $5,000.00 daily. Print this form, fill it out according to the instructions and send it by fax to us. Include a photocopy of your credit card(s) and Valid Drivers License or Passport. Make sure your photocopy is readable. Call 1-800-996-5833 approximately 4 hours after your documents have been sent and our team will try to speed your request as soon as possible. Once your credit card has been allowed to exceed the standard limits you can go ahead and make your deposit.

Information about how to speed up document verification

Before making a deposit and to avoid unnecessary delays in processing your payouts make sure your address is correct and that it matches bank records. In the case we were not able to verify your account information you may be required to submit additional documentation for account verification.
