How to request a withdrawal

Make sure the address where your funds will be sent is the same as what we have on our records and that it also matches the address that your credit cards or bank accounts have with the issuing bank and be aware of any necessary steps that your withdrawal method requires prior to submission. Login to the Cashier Center to submit your withdrawal and follow the instructions included in the form for your payout method.

General withdrawal rules

• You can request a maximum of 2 withdrawals per day.
•  All withdrawal requests are accepted 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
• Your first withdrawal request made each month after June 17, 2007 will be free; subsequent requests in the same calendar month will be charged $40.00 each.
• SuperBook can't guarantee that the payouts will be sent to the method that you choose on the EFS payouts page unless you advise our Customer Service Department ahead of time to send your payout using a method other than your default payout method and supply a valid reason for doing so.

How to request your security PIN (Personal Identification Number)

This number was sent to you via email upon joining SuperBook and it is a further step in securing that only you can access money in your account. Your Personal Identification Number (PIN) is required before you can withdraw any funds from SuperBook. If you need your PIN number, you can get it online in the My Account section or you can request it over the phone.
Over the phone: Call 1-800-996-5833 and a customer service representative will forward the request of your PIN number to the e-mail department who will send it to the address on your records once you have answered some security questions.

Information about how to send your verification documents

Follow this list of suggestions to speed up any verification process when documents are required:

• Include your Customer Id number and username in your communications: For easier identification of the documents in your profile always include your customer ID or username and password at the top of all the pages you fax to us.
• Address change: Include a note with your new address.
• Government ID: Your name and date of birth should be clearly seen on the document. Enlarge copies 150% and lighten them up by 75%.
• Copies of credit cards: Your full name, credit card number, and expiration date need to be clearly seen on the document. Enlarge the copies 150% and lighten them up by 75%
• Checking account statement issued by the bank: Your full name, billing address, bank account number, and a transaction made to SuperBook needs to be clearly seen on the document. Enlarge the copies 150% and lighten them up by 75%.
• Credit Card statement: Your full name, billing address, and credit card number needs to be clearly seen on the document. Enlarge the copies 150% and lighten them up by 75%.
• E-mailed documents: They can be sent as a scanned image in a JPG or PDF format to: documents@SuperBook.com or custserv@SuperBook.com
• Faxed documents: They can be sent by toll free fax from North America at 1-800-201-4919 or outside of North America to the fax 00-1-208-567-3627

Request a withdrawal via check

Your first Cashier’s Check withdrawal request made each month after June 17, 2007 will be FREE. Any subsequent requests in the same calendar month will be charged a $40.00 processing fee.

The minimum withdrawal amount is $50.00, maximum is $2500.00 per request. All payments are made by check, through courier service, and will be delivered in 2 to 3 weeks after processing.

About your address: Always make sure your address is up to date before requesting a check. In case you made credit card deposits, please verify that it also matches the credit card address of those used to deposit with SuperBook
Withdrawals are sent out in an estimated time of 24 to 48 hours if the address in our records matches the address of your credit card’s. Regular mail checks usually arrive within 10 business days.

Note: If your withdrawal should go to a P.O. Box, it can only be sent via regular mail regardless of the amount requested.
