Additional House Rules for Horse Betting

House Rules and Regulations
Wagers are accepted until post time. If a wager is made after the race has begun, it will not be accepted. We do not assume liability for wagers that are unsuccessfully entered before post time. Only wagers confirmed with a “yes” are accepted, please insure to check the pending wagers screen before logging out to see that your wagers where accepted.
Once you confirm a bet online, your wager is considered final, we cannot cancel confirmed wagers.
PK3 and PK4 Grading and Payout Rules
All PK3 and PK4 tickets are paid out based on the official race results as published by the host track at which the race was run.
If there is a scratched horse in any PK3 or PK4 selection wagers will be refunded.
No consolation payouts.
Daily Double Grading and Payout Rules
All Daily Double tickets are paid out based on the official race results as published by the host track at which the race was run.
Daily Double tickets are automatically refunded if there is a scratch in any of the legs.
Rebates
A rebate of 3% will be paid on all wagers on a daily basis. There are no minimum daily volume requirements and there is no maximum on how much you can earn.
No rebate will be given on cancelled wagers or wagers refunded due to a scratch.
No rebate will be given on phone wagers. All phone wagers, even if the site is not available, are not eligible for the rebate.
Important Note: 3% Rebate only applies to wagers placed through the horse wagering interface. It does not apply to any matchups or other wagers made through the sportsbook login. The 3% rebate bonus will be paid on a daily basis.
Odds and Limits
Win, Place, Show wagers pay full track odds. All Exotic wagers pay full track odds up to a maximum pay out of CLICK HERE.
Each event has a bet limit (typically $1,000.00).
There are no house odds. If there are no track payoffs for a certain type of wager, all wagers on that type will be refunded.
Track Limits and Categories
Scratches
If a horse is scratched, all Win/Place/Show wagers will be refunded and the portion of Exacta/Trifecta/Superfecta/Quinella combos that contain the scratched horse will be refunded.
Daily Doubles, Pick 3 and Pick 4 wagers, a scratch will result in an automatic refund.
