• This promotion begins once the final list of Preakness Stakes contenders is posted on Wednesday May 14th 2008 and it ends at Preakness Stakes post time: 6:15pm EST, on May 17th 2008.
• To be eligible for the $10,000.00 grand prize, you must place a wager or wagers on the Preakness Stakes totaling $50 or more, and make your selections for the top 4 winning horses on the Preakness Stakes Race scheduled for May 17th, 2008.
• Only wagers on the Preakness Stakes race #12 are eligible for this promotion. No other races qualify.
• Wagers placed in both the Sportsbook and Racebook qualify for this promotion.
• In the event of a tie, where more than one participant picks the top 4 winning horses, the $10,000.00 grand prize will be divided evenly amongst the winners.
• The $10,000.00 grand prize or (lesser amount in the case of a tie) will be credited to your V-chips balance 2-3 business days after the promotion has ended.
• Your top 4 winning horses must be selected in their finishing order to be eligible for the grand prize.
• If one or more of your top 4 selected horses is scratched from the contenders list, this will exclude your picks from the promotion.
• If less than 6 horses participate in the Preakness Race, this promotion and prize will be void.
• Only one entry per customer/per account/per household.
