Cross-referral (you refer your friend, your friend refers you) is not allowed.
The customer referred to SuperBook should have bet at least 50% of his deposit (not worth of free bets) in order for the referral bonus to be processed.
Minimum initial deposit of the referee is $50.00
Maximum referral bonus is $500.00
