OFFICIAL RULES

The “SuperBook at Westgate Las Vegas (hereinafter the “Pari-mutuel Triple Points Saturdays” or “Promotion”) refers to the event commencing on Saturday, March 4,2023 at 8:00 AM and ending Saturday, September 9, 2023, at approximately 11:59 PM (“Promotional Period”) at the Westgate Las Vegas Resort & Casino (“Sponsor”) located at 3000 Paradise Road, Las Vegas, Nevada 89109. All references to time of day refer to Las Vegas, Nevada Time.

1. Participants must be 21 years of age or older to participate. 
2. All players must have a Westgate Las Vegas Resort & Casino WOW Rewards card.  Westgate Las Vegas Resort & Casino WOW Rewards cards are free and are available at the WOW Rewards Center and/or the SuperBook.
3. This promotion refers on to points earned on pari-mutuel wagering made on Saturday during the promotional period. No points are earned on wagers that are voided.
4. Players are required to swipe their WOW Rewards Cards at the betting station prior to placing their wagers.   Points can’t be added to account if customer fails to swipe the WOW card before wagers or the card isn’t read by the EPOS terminal.
5. Players will receive triple the normal value on pari-mutuel wagers on Saturdays during the promotion.  Point values vary based on the kind of wager made.
6. Points are available for redemption through the terms and agreements of the WOW Rewards program.
7. By participating in the promotion, participants agree to comply with all rules contained herein.
8. All decisions regarding the interpretation of rules, eligibility, etc. for this Promotion lie solely with Westgate Las Vegas Resort & Casino whose decisions are final.
9. Westgate Las Vegas Resort & Casino reserves the right to modify or cancel this Promotion at any time for any reason, subject to any applicable regulatory approval provided that such modification shall not, as the date of such modification, materially alter or change any participant’s prize already awarded. 
10. Westgate Las Vegas Resort & Casino may disqualify any person for any prize based upon Westgate Las Vegas Resort & Casino’s belief of the possible commission of fraud, dishonest, violation of Promotional rules or other misconduct, whether or not related to this promotion.
11. Individuals who are excluded from casino facilities, including through a government program, at Westgate Las Vegas Resort & Casino discretion, or by their own request, are not eligible to participate or win any prize.
12. A copy of these rules and any changes will be available at the Westgate SuperBook throughout the duration of this Promotion.
13. All applicable laws and regulations of the Nevada State Gaming Commission and Gaming Control Board apply. 
14. Westgate Las Vegas Resort & Casino reserves all rights.
15. All WOW Rewards terms and conditions apply to this promotion.
