SMS Text Messaging Terms and Conditions

SuperBook Sports provides this policy to explain how we use SMS text messaging.  Please read these SMS Text Messaging Terms & Conditions (“SMS Terms”) carefully.  By completing the opt in, you expressly consent to receive marketing and non-marketing text messages from SuperBook Sports, including text messages made with an auto dialer, at the mobile number you provide.  These messages can be recurring or one-time.  Opting in to receive SMS text messaging is not a condition of using the SuperBook Sports wagering service.  By providing your mobile number and opting in, you agree you have ownership rights or permission to use the number given to SuperBook Sports.  Further, the activated mobile phone number that you have provided for SMS messaging purposes must match the phone number on record in your SuperBook Sports wagering account in order to receive SMS messages.

You may opt out of these communications at any time by following the in-message opt-out instructions.  For example, replying “STOP” to any message you received.  After this, you will no longer receive messages from that particular short code.  If you want to resume SMS text messages from SuperBook Sports, you can sign up as you did the first time and SuperBook Sports will resume text messaging.

Once activated, we will use your contact information to send non-marketing updates as well as marketing messages including special offers and promotions from SuperBook Sports.   We will use third party mobile service providers to send and deliver SMS messages.  These third party service providers use your contact information for the purposes of transmission of SuperBook Sports messaging.  No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes.   To view our privacy policy visit http://superbook.com/info/privacy-policy.

SuperBook Sports does not guarantee the successful delivery of text messages or telephone calls. Messages sent via text may not be delivered if the mobile phone number is not in range of a transmission site, or if sufficient network capacity is not available at a particular time. Even within a coverage area, factors beyond the control of wireless carriers may interfere with message delivery, including the customer’s equipment, terrain, and proximity to buildings, foliage, and weather. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered text messages. SuperBook Sports will not be liable for losses or damages arising from (a) non-delivery, delayed delivery, or misdirected delivery of a text message; (b) inaccurate or incomplete content in a text message; or (c) use or reliance on the contents of any text message for any purposes.

Messaging and Data rates may be charged by mobile service providers. Content may not be available via all carriers.
